Confidentiality

Your privacy and confidentiality are extremely important.  Your information will not be shared with others without explicit written consent from you. Although there are certain exceptions to confidentiality, this will be fully discussed with you during your first session.

Fees

Fees are set in accordance with guidelines proposed by the Ontario Association of Social Workers. Most extended health benefits offer coverage for social work services. Payment for service is due at the end of each session and you will be provided with a receipt that you can submit for reimbursement to your insurance company.
